Human Experiences of Horizontal Surfaces

We (as a study group) have studied and anaylzed the Erimtan Museum in the citadel district with its nearby environment (the Ankara city) in terms of the horizontal surfaces that relate to the human experience of space.

We observed all horizontal surfaces that human experiences in the context of human body. Experiencing the space was more important than the sense of space particularly for this study. We have worked on experiences which include bodily experiences and visual relations of spacesWe have studied how the horizontal surfaces are formed thanks to their relations with human body and how these surfaces are formed with the aim of human to experience which feelings.
